Our sizes run slightly on the smaller side, so if you're unsure size up!

Shipping

All standard shipping within the UK has a charge of £5.

Please allow 2-5 working days to receive your goods (standard).

We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated based on country. 

You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once the goods have been shipped. All orders will require a signature. 

Tax and import duties vary from country to country. 

Returns

We hope you are happy with your Melissajay order, however if you are not satisfied Melissajay is happy to give a full refund provided you return the items in a resalable condition within 14 days of delivery confirmation date. 

Exchanges are also excepted within the UK only, following the same guide lines up to 28 days of delivery confirmation date. Once the exchange has been made this then cannot be refunded or exchanged again. 

Store credit is available following the same guide lines up to 28 days of delivery confirmation date.

Please make sure that the swimsuit and bikini bottoms are tried on over your own lingerie.

All goods should be returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact.  The gusset stickers must not be removed or tampered with in any way.

We can only refund items in pristine condition.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days days from receipt to process
